Turner’s Dairy pioneers a unique 13-homes-on-two-single-family-lots solution, reinventing the turn-of-the-century industrial building that will remain inextricably linked to Mount Pleasant and its classical Vancouver roots and aesthetic. The project brings forward a contemporary, diverse and resilient sub community in one of Vancouver’s single-family neighbourhood. The landscape components comprise an overlooked extensive green roof and formal courtyard integrating an innovative passive stormwater management solution.
