A multi-residential affordable rental housing building situated off Lonsdale at 12th Avenue in the heart of North Vancouver. This building was designed to encourage healthy living and community. The centre of life of the building is an outdoor courtyard area with stairs to encourage both interaction within the building community as well as activity. There are community gardens on the roof as well as south facing outdoor terraces for barbecuing and recreation.
