A six-storey midrise market residential development with 38 strata residential units on the Cambie Corridor. The building presents a bold take on West Coast Modern architecture, with a dynamic form that complements its surroundings.
The landscape design responds to the unique angular forms of the Architectural plan. Taking inspiration from the dynamic location of the site, spaces are divided into zones for circulation, amenity, stormwater attenuation and play. Materials are chosen for their resilient characteristics over time with the softscape providing native groundcover and tree habitat for nesting birds and pollinators.
