This mixed use project consists of a 43-storey tower targeting LEED® Gold certification.

The project features 16 Artist Studios gathered around a central atrium north of the tower, dedicated as a public amenity. Double-height retail spaces animate the corner of Howe and Drake Streets, with townhouse on Level 5 podium and shared communal gardens. Penthouse roof decks have panoramic views of Vancouver and green roofs. Passenger drop-off and access for all uses is from the lane, via a porte cochere with distinct stainless steel water feature wall.

Our approach to the landscape design starts with a figurative reconnection to Vancouver’s bedrock and the rugged nature of the West Coast aesthetic.  Angular jagged forms re-appear throughout in paving patterns, a vegetated trellis, extruded stone water features and planters juxtaposed by the sweeping arcs of Architectural expression.
