A 240,000 Sq’ mixed use project consisting of two office towers and a boutique hotel with commercial and retail space at ground floor and podium levels.
The landscape components comprise a new elongated public plaza along the building frontage to the south, at podium grade a communally accessed park and private outdoor salt water swimming pool and spa for hotel guests with an extensive green roof atop the office tower.
The landscape design takes inspiration in equal measures from the nearby large scale super graphics of Vancouver International Airport, log booms on the Fraser river and the saw tooth peaks of the distant north shore mountain tops.
