The stacked industrial building will be a state-of-the-art facility for office, life science and a range of industrial users including creative. At 5 storeys, the building is a hybrid structure of concrete, steel and CLT with high ceilings, ample natural light and unobstructed north shore views. 

Beyond the features offered to facilitate industrial uses, there will be high quality end-of-trip bicycle facilities, a gym, a rooftop deck and private terraces. 1313EP is slated to complete in late 2024.
