550 East Broadway is a 4-storey mass timber development located just east of Main Street in Vancouver, BC. This exceptional infill project includes 25 highly efficient studio and one-bedroom rental apartments that benefit from extensive sustainability strategies, a thoughtful, minimalist design, and locally sourced materials.
Sustainable living is at the heart of the project, from the mass timber structural system, green roof, and shared urban agriculture. There is also an amenity room connecting to an internal courtyard on the 4th floor, which has a staircase to the rooftop gardens.
